How Does HAYATI´s Medical Loan Application Process Work.
Online Medical Loan Applications:
1. Log on to our website www.hayatihealthcare.com
2. Click on the ´Apply Now for a Healthcare Loan´ tab
3. Complete and submit the patient application form
4. Scan and either email, OR prepare following documents for us:-
- 6 Months Bank Statements
- Copy of your Residency Visa page
- Copy of your Passport
- Official, stamped salary certificate
- Medical Quotation from your Healthcare Provider
5. Receive your Loan approval decision within 48 hours of receipt of your online loan application and documents
6. Sign a Loan Application form and submit 'Post Dated Cheques (PDCs)
7. Start your medical, dental or surgical treatment!
It usually takes approximately 10-20 minutes to complete and submit the patient loan application form online. If you don´t have enough time to complete and submit your medical loan application in one sitting then you can either save your loan application and return to it at a more convenient time for you or alternatively you can complete and update your patient details on our ´Quick Application Form´ and we will email you later to, before your planned surgery or medical treatment, to complete your medical loan application.
