if my Doctor / Dentist do not use
your plan?
If your doctor / dentist are not currently signed up with our program, you can submit their details via our 'Refer a Physician' section of our website. Should your doctor / dentist decide not to register with our program, you will need to select another doctor / dentist registered within our HAYATI network. Please keep in mind that selecting the right physician to perform your healthcare procedure is the most critical step in ensuring your satisfaction with the results. HAYATI Healthcare Financing ™ strongly recommends that you carefully evaluate your doctor / dentist's credentials before moving forward. HAYATI Healthcare Financing ™ has not pre-screened the physicians registered for your particular healthcare needs.

13. What if I don't know who my Doctor
/ Dentist is yet?
You can get pre-approved for a HAYATI Healthcare Financing ™ loan if you do not know who your doctor / dentist is yet. All you have to do is specify the healthcare specialty you're interested in using HAYATI for, and you can get started on your online application. Once you have chosen your doctor / dentist we can then continue processing your patient financing loan.

15. Is my loan paid to me or my Doctor

Doctor / Dentist.

When should I apply for my loan?
You can apply anytime after you have
decided to move forward with your
medical or dental procedure. Your
loan is valid for a maximum of 90
days. Schedule your treatment within
that timeframe. After 90 days, you
will need to reapply.

Can I pay a portion of my healthcare
fee and finance the rest?
Yes, you can finance the rest of your
medical or dental fee as long as your
financing requirement amounts to a
minimum of AED 13,000.

How long does it take to receive a
response to my application?
Pre-Approval decisions are typically
made instantly online. Final approval
will be issued within 48 hours of
the relevant documentation being received
for review. For the rare exceptions
where a little more time may be needed,
applicants receive communication and
feedback on any additional requirements
and will receive a decision within
a matter of days.

Who is eligible to apply?
Any adult having an elective healthcare
or dental procedure may apply. Parents
or guardians of patients under the
age of 21 are also eligible to apply.
Approval is based on information from
your credit application and past credit
history. This includes information
from the primary applicant as well
as any co-applicant.

20. If I
apply and I am accepted, am I committed
to your payment plan?
Absolutely not! There is no obligation
associated with filling out an application.
Once approved, you decide whether
HAYATI Healthcare Financing ™ is right
for you.

Do I need any special software to
use HAYATI?
No special software is required. All
that is needed is a computer with
access to the Internet and email plus
Adobe Reader which is typically installed
on most computers. You just need to
check that you have a recent version
meaning Adobe 6.0 or higher. If you
have an earlier version, you can upgrade
with an easy and free download from
www.adobe.com. It's usually a 5 minute
process only.

You can finance more than one procedure
at a time, combining them so you have
one convenient monthly payment.

You can use our financing service
at any clinic, hospital or dental
practice that is part of the HAYATI
network. These facilities typically
cover the following types of medical
specialties; Cosmetic and Plastic,
Dermatology, Ophthalmology including
LASIK, Dental, Maternity and Fertility.
